Yeah I totally forgot I had this thing

..So much has happened since I last wrote, the one major thing is that I lost my job in November. Very unexpectedly but it happened, the first day I was a bit upset but overall I am kind of glad it happened. I had been unhappy at my job for about 2 years. I am not sure in what direction I want to go, I feel like I have many options, go back to school full time, explore employment opportunities in Chicago, NYC, San Diego, change career paths...options!!

I didn't let losing my job ruin my already planned vacation to Chicago 6 days later...I had a blast in Chicago and had way too much to drink. I flew in a day earlier than the rest of my group so I could have a day alone...I ate, shopped, and hooked up twice! I know, I know bad boy me, one guy I met on Craigslist while taking a quick break in my hotel room after lunch. He was some straight dude from DC on business. After that nice and quick hook up, I showered and went shopping. I met up with some friends for dinner and drinks. It was a Thursday night so they didn't plan on staying out too long. 11pm rolled around and they had to go, I decided I would stay behind and have a few more drinks, I have never gone/stayed at a bar alone. It was quite awkward, I was at Sidetracks and they had all these funny clips so I sipped on my drink and enjoyed the screen. Once my drink was done I went next door to Mini bar where I met a really cool. 2am rolled around and we are stumbling to my room for some late night action. The rest of my friends showed up the following day and they knew I had gotten into some trouble, the rest of the trip i didn't mind taking a backseat to whatever they wanted to do :)

It took me a month to let my pride down and apply for Unemployment Benefits, its been four weeks and I'm still waiting to be approved...

So I am going to the Lady GaGa concert in Chicago on January 9, 2010 and I am so freakin excited about this...I am literally counting days, I am also kinda excited to go out and explore Chicago, I hear there will be North Pole like temperatures AHHHHHHH!

So I have been to Chicago before but I was younger...So I am wondering what are some must do/see things in Chicago...what bars/clubs should I hit up, oh and dining etc...

I got in from New Orleans a few hours ago and whew I am beat. I visited for Southern Decadence and as always it was fuckin CRAZY. There were tons of men in attendance of all shape, size, color, and age. We got there on Thursday around 1 pm and as soon as we got settled in we went down to the pool to get the party started! 

It was estimated that 125k would be in Attendance (mostly gay men)  and I am pretty that there was that many there, if not more. All of the hotels in the french quarter were full of gays...I kid you not every time I walked through the halls of my hotel after 10 pm it sounded like a Frat House Fuckfest the moaning, dirty talk, headboard banging included.  I met up with friends from Dallas everyday and then ran into some that I could careless to see...Overall the weekend was a complete success, I was annoyed a little with my roommate but oh well. I did tons of drinking, dancing, mingling, sexin up etc...oh and I got tons of beads *wink*wink. 

I am a little bummed about one thing though. I met two guys at our hotel pool and I thought they were both good looking men, and funny. I ended up getting the chairs next to them twice so we got talk a bit. BUT I didn't get there contact info : ( Just that one was Scott and he has been living in Denver for a year and the other was Mark and he lives in Atlanta. grrr what a bummer they were very cool guys, maybe fate will put them on my path again hehe...On a lighter note, I think I am developing a thing for lite leather, bear men...not the smelly super overweight ones but the kind  with a nice muscular body with a little fuzz on their stomach and chest YUMM!

The unofficial end of Summer!

School started back up and for the first time since like High School I took the whole summer off...so this week was rough to say the least. I need to adjust quickly because this is going to be a tough semester!

It's hard to say no to something so good!

So a few weeks ago I got pretty shit face, shit faced enough to have had ended up at cute guys house pretty late. I guess I was horny enough to get there however this time coherent enough to know that the sex fucking sucked elephant balls! Maybe he was drunk but i just remember wanting it to be over, I am sure all of you have been in that situation where you are kinda stuck having sex and all you want to do is fall asleep so it will be over lol Well we finally fell asleep, the following day i woke up, put my clothes on and got the efff out of there and haven't talked to him since. It's true the sex can make you or break you...

So In my previous post I talked about deciding to go somewhere else for Labor Day.  Well i have been convinced to head back to New Orleans for Labor Day, the guys and I have decided to drive to New Orleans woo hoo road trip! It's only like 6.5-7 hrs away. I am actually pretty excited, we are prolly going to leave Dallas around 4 am Thursday and we should be getting to NOLA about 11 AM. There will be 4 of us driving, one of our friends from Vegas is flying into Dallas Wednesday morning and riding with us. The rest of the gang is flying into New Orleans Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. 

If you have never been to New Orleans for Southern Decadence I suggest that you put that on your bucket list. No Seriously write it down! The weekend consists of Thousands and Thousands of men of all shapes, colors and sizes and alot of booze...and well you know what happens when you put a bunch of gay men and booze together ; )

So from now till the night before I leave I am going on a strict diet and workout plan! I am going to try to hit the gym 5-6 times a week!

School starts in like 2 weeks and I am kinda excited about that! Being occupied with school keeps me out of trouble!
